Shinko Glass Ind. Co., Ltd. was founded on August 1, 1953. In August 2013, we celebrated our 60th anniversary. I would like once again to extend our sincere gratitude to the friends who always give our support and help. Since of the establishment, we have been always dedicated to finishing of glass curved face. With six decades of experience, we have participated into construction of commercial facilities, building offices, art galleries and other famous buildings in Japan. Our products have been highly praised in the markets of building materials, interior decoration, chambers and vehicles.

However, a company cannot survive in the future only by maintaining the status quo. In recent years, we have started to research and develop 3S resin laminated glass as the second pillar of the company. We spent ten years in commercialization of the product, and achieved bonding between glass and PC at normal temperature. From now on, we will continue to act as the pioneer of this field, change impossibility to possibility and make promotion widely.

Our corporate philosophy is “quality=reputation”, and our guideline is to make unremitting efforts to meet customers needs and provide cost-effective products. We will continue to make contribution to society, fully develop our advantages, and meet new challenge.

Shinko Glass Industry is an enterprise which seeks to create comfortable spaces for people and environment by exploring possibilities in glass processing.

Having paid attention to glass bending technology since 1951, the company had conducted a rigorous research and succeeded in its commercialization in August 1953. With this, our company was established as a corporation. Since then, on the basis of our corporate philosophy of "unbounded ingenuity" aiming to explore the infinite possibilities of glass, our company has diligently pursued the study of glass processing technologies including bent glass, double-glazing glass and laminated glass, introducing technological innovations along the way.

On the foundation of our sophisticated technologies in glass processing, we have made multi-faceted efforts to expend into a wide variety of fields from well-known buildings and monuments both in Japan and abroad, the front glass of trains, showcases, and furniture to interior equipments and design items. Shinko Glass Industry will continue in the future to provide highly creative and original products as well as to challenge ourselves in creating innovative spaces.
